De geautomatiseerde productielijn is speciaal ontworpen voor de productie van draden en kabels, en kan de continue isolatiecoating van metalen geleiders (koper/aluminium) realiseren. Het wikkelen en verpakken kan worden gecombineerd met de KPS conische haspel volautomatische draadopwikkelmachine, dubbelkops wikkelmachine, dubbelspoels semi-automatische draadopwikkelmachine, etc.
Toepassing
De productielijn is geschikt voor enkelfase, enkelfase strip, tweekleurige strip en volledige extrusie van thermoplastische isolatiematerialen zoals PVC, PP, PE, XLPE en rookarm halogeenvrij, en voldoet aan de Duitse, Japanse, Koreaanse, Italiaanse en andere series van automotive draad isolatie extrusie.
