The machine features a high-quality steel plate welded frame with a shaftless opening and closing mechanism, enabling cable tray loading and unloading without requiring a crane. The entire machine, along with the cable tray, travels on ground rails to achieve precise cable centering and unwinding, preventing lateral deformation of the cable.
The take-up system is driven by either Z4 DC motor or inverter motor, equipped with four gears and friction clutch to accommodate various process speeds. Wire rowing utilizes PLC programmable control, automatically tracking wire diameter input to ensure synchronized operation with the host computer. The transmission system's gear box integrates with the sliding top seat, providing flexible lifting and lowering capabilities for enhanced operational convenience.
