Automotive Draad Hoge Snelheid Extrusie Productielijn 1500m/min
De geautomatiseerde productielijn is speciaal ontworpen voor de productie van draden en kabels, en kan de continue isolatiecoating van metalen geleiders (koper/aluminium) realiseren. Het wikkelen en verpakken kan worden gecombineerd met de KPS conische haspel volautomatische draadopneemmachine, dubbelkops wikkelmachine, dubbelhaspel semi-automatische draadopneemmachine, etc.
Toepassing
De productielijn is geschikt voor enkellijnige, enkelkleurige strip, tweekleurige strip en volledige extrusie van thermoplastische isolatiematerialen zoals PVC, PP, PE, XLPE en rookarm halogeenvrij, en voldoet aan de Duitse, Japanse, Koreaanse, Italiaanse en andere series automotive draad isolatie extrusie.
